MENU:
• Welcome cocktail special: “Push the Horses” – whiskey, rum, black pepper, ginger, and caramel foam.
• Starter: “Amber Gallop” – salmon tartare with avocado and caviar, topped with gold powder and served with a glass of sparkling wine.
• Seared scallops in melted butter, champagne, cream, and Parmesan sauce, accompanied by dry white wine.
• Main: Medallions with wine sauce made from pepper and pomegranate. Fiery side dish “Ash Garden” – grilled vegetables in salt with a smoky aroma, honey-ginger glaze, and potato gratin, accompanied by red wine.
• Accent dish: Wild duck fillet with pear demi-glace sauce, paradise apples, and carrot and celery purée, accompanied by red wine with rich berry notes.
• Dessert: Burning horseshoe for good luck – chocolate-salted caramel in the shape of a horseshoe.
Dress code:
“Racing elegance” – black, red, gold, silver.
Jewelry in the form of chains, spurs, metal elements.
