The accommodation price includes a buffet breakfast and access to the wellness area (swimming pool with jacuzzi, Roman steam room, Finnish sauna, gym).
· When booking a double room for a single occupancy, the room rate is reduced by 500 UAH.
· For additional guests in the room, the price increases by 1,000 UAH per person (breakfast buffet included).
· The accommodation cost for a child up to 3 years old is free, for children aged 4-5 years – 500 UAH, and for children from 6 years old (with an extra bed provided) – 1,000 UAH.
· An additional fee of 500 UAH is charged for accommodation of small breed pets in hotel rooms, with a weight limit of up to 3 kg.
· All rooms are equipped with a TV, minibar, telephone, safe, bathroom, and air conditioning system.
· The price includes 24-hour access to Wi-Fi Internet service.
· The payment for hotel services is charged according to the single checkout hour – 12:00 noon of the current day.
· If the stay at the hotel is less than one full day, the payment is charged for the entire day regardless of the check-in time.
· For check-in at the hotel between 00:00 and 12:00 (early check-in), a fee of 60% of the daily room rate is charged. For check-out between 12:00 and 24:00 (late check-out), a fee of 40% of the daily room rate is charged.
· Upon check-in, a prepayment of at least one nights stay is required.
If the booking is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time, the payment for the first night is non-refundable.
Tourist tax is charged additionally:
Non-residents: 1% of the minimum wage in Ukraine, excluding VAT.
Residents: 0.3% of the minimum wage in Ukraine, excluding VAT.
